ORDERING INFORMATION FOR UK CUSTOMERS

||You can order right here on the web, by phone or post. If you prefer you can also print out an order form (click button on left), fill it in, and then post it to us.
If you are a member of a recognised athletic club or sports organisation we can often accept your order and send an invoice with the goods (at our discretion), in which case payment must be made within 30 days. If you are not a member of any sports organisation and do not have an established account with us then you can place your order and we will send you a pro-forma invoice requiring you to send a cheque before we dispatch the goods. Alternatively your order can be accepted immediately if you pay by credit or debit card. As this is not a secure site you will need to phone or send in your card number, expiry date and security number. With Switch or Maestro cards we also need to know the valid from date and issue number (if one is shown on your card).
We can also invoice a third party - your sponsor or club treasurer - but please be aware that if settlement is not made within 30 days we will hold the person who ordered the goods responsible for making full payment.
Please note that if the invoice and goods are being sent to you the invoice is normally contained within a transparent pocket affixed to the parcel (it also acts as a delivery label). Please don't discard it with the unwanted packaging!

|Will I be there
|All but the smallest orders are sent via a reliable carrier service. This means that a signature will be required on delivery. However, we can arrange for the parcel to be left in a safe place (such as a porch) without signature, but this will be at your risk AND YOU MUST TELL US THIS AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Of course we can also deliver to your workplace, or to a friend or neighbour who is always in, but again please remember that YOU MUST TELL US THIS AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
POST & PACKING CHARGES (UK Mainland):
Goods £8.00 and under £40.00 - £8.50
Goods £40.00 and over - £9.99
Next working day delivery (not Saturday) - £9.99 (this service is dependent on goods being in stock at the time of your order)
Saturday morning delivery available at extra cost - please phone 01245 474322 to check stock availability first.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle Of Scilly and Isle Of Man are an additional £6.50
Please note that if you have not given us any alternative instructions and you are out when the carrier calls the driver will return the parcel to their depot. Further delivery attempts will cost extra. After five days the parcel is returned to us. We are obliged to pass all extra charges on.
|VAT (value added tax) will not be charged on deliveries made to customers residing outside of the European Union.
We regret that credit cannot be offered to overseas customers. We will need your debit or credit card details before dispatching goods. Please phone your card details to us (adding code for UK before our phone number). Alternatively you can e-mail us the info but, as a security measure, please send in SEPARATE messages - your name as it appears on your card - your number - your expiry date and security number. For Maestro payments we will also need the valid from date and the issue number (if one is shown on your card).
Carriage charges are higher than those shown for UK customers. We will e-mail you the full cost once you have placed your order and we know what the weight of your parcel will be. We will then await your approval before we dispatch the goods.
